Who we are looking for:

The Restaurant Manager joins our management staff by leading our team and directing the daily operations in our restaurant to ensure our Chick-fil-A Operational Requirements and customer service, sales, profit, and growth goals are achieved.  

The Restaurant Manager is engaged in the day to day operations of the restaurant and is responsible for performance of the restaurant.  The Restaurant Manager leads, develops, and supports the directors and teams in the execution of their goals.

Performance indicators include: 

  • Customer service overall satisfaction

  • Sales performance

  • Productivity & profit benchmarks

  • Scheduling & daily organization of operations

  • Coaching and leadership development

  • Managing cost control including food, labor, and supplies

  • Solving problems and engaging others in solutions 

  • Managing cash operations and reporting functions

  • Ensuring food safety and quality requirements

  • Security 

  • Understanding and consistent application of handbook policies & civility codes

  • Involvement in redirecting, promoting, and terminating team members 

  • Involvement in employee discipline and documentation 

  • Leading the team to reduce waste and inefficiencies

  • Adhere to hygiene and appearance standards

  • ServSafe Certified preferred

  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of management or leadership experience

  • Must use CORE 4 as model to serve our guests
